Our Management Team

• Sharon Chiro, CPA

  Founder

  Sharon is a Certified Public Accountant with over eight years experience in accounting, auditing and finance specializing in process improvement. She founded eCFOservices with a mission to see organizations succeed.
  
  Prior to founding eCFOservices, Sharon worked on a variety of assignments as an auditor at Ernst & Young, a Big 4 accounting firm and McGladrey & Pullen, the fifth largest accounting firm where she provided assurance and consulting services to a variety of privately and publicly held businesses in the IT, Service, Manufacturing and Not-for-profit industries. She has worked to establish policies and procedures and improve business and information technology processes at F5 Networks, Amazon.com and many other privately held companies. Sharon has also served start-up companies on a consulting basis providing corporate accounting services.
  
  Sharon holds an M.S in Accounting from University of Virginia and a B.A in Business Administrations majoring in Finance from University of Seattle.
  
  In her free time Sharon, enjoys performance arts, listening to music, live music, dancing, spoken word, short excursions and rollerblading.

• Farayi Chiro

  Director

  Farayi Chiro has over 15 years experience in program, product and project management, process improvement and software development. He is a proven business and project leader with broad technical knowledge and outstanding creative problem solving skills. He has led complex projects through all elements of the product and software development life cycle (SDLC), from ideation to delivery. He is an effective business advisor focused on producing quality work, customer service and strong team building.
  
  Farayi is the founder and CEO of MasikaTech, LLC a Seattle based management and technology consulting firm. Before founding MasikaTech, Farayi worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture and CGI. He also worked as Project Engineer at Alstom and Getty Images.
  
  Farayi holds a BS, Electrical Engineering from University of Washington.
  
  Beyond the professional, Farayi and his wife SJ have been married for more than 20 years. They have 2 children and a dog named Lucky. In his free time, Farayi likes snowboarding, karate training, cross country running, golfing, landscaping, listening to world music and studying world politics.
